Shipping
We ship all online orders through USPS. Once your order is packed, you'll receive tracking information by email. Orders are usually processed within a few business days, and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

In Store Purchases
You may return or exchange items within 14 days of purchase with your receipt. Items must be in their original condition with tags still attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged. All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Online Orders
If you received the wrong item or something was damaged during shipping, please email us at smithsdrug@mail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Payments
We offer secure and simple checkout. Order confirmations and receipts are sent automatically by email after your purchase. Payments are processed through PayPal, where you can use most major credit cards. Please note that we don't accept Venmo at this time.
